egit commit lost after checkout -


using egit, wanted switch previous version minutes. committed new code , checked out earlier version.

now have finished looking through older stuff, want go "back" newest, local commit before. however, history view seems have forgotten made commit before, going not possible.

also, team->replace with->commit doesn't offer latest commit. seems commit overwritten. did go?

using team->reset, it's possible go local commits:
