sql server - SQL how to make a query to calculate percentage average of variables of survey in form -


i'm in dying need help. i'm absolutely no in access i've taken survey got 100 responses. converted excel acces. now, i've created form i've set checkboxes each answers (see image 1)

so want create when select checkboxes of answers, , i'll click "filteren" shows next answers average percentage of answers checked.

now, i'm struggling query, have absolutely no clue how start this. have table called "resultaten" (results) show results of checked answers, , know need make query table. (image 2)

so want create query per answer calculates average have absolutely no clue start
