Can PHP access and work with Access database using CSS/Photoshop designed userforms -


hoping question makes sense relatively new databases , php!

some background information: presently access interface , database(s) used in closed intranet environment multiple users (server environment). database big (30 fields, thousands of records) simple few tables. user interface old , finicky, desperately needing upgrade.

my question is: can photoshop created userform/interface developed used existing ms access database files through web browser utilizing php or other program intermediary?
