batch file - DOSBOX running external windows program -


is possible open window's file explorer dosbox? when try open it, shows:

"this program cannot run in dos mode."

i type run.bat in dosbox, , run file:

run.bat:

c: cd windows cd system32 explorer.exe "http:\\test.com"

dosbox emulates 16bit hardware. explorer.exe either 32 bit or 64 bit. no chance run dosbox. need 16 bit browser (if google, "windows 3.1"). don't expect them compatible modern websites (java, flash, .html4/5,silverstar,...)

you don't want run explorer inside dosbox, want dosbox open explorer of guest system (your physical computer, not emulated 16bit dosbox-computer)? translates "how run program on different computer". there tools (like psexec) don't know 16bit versions.
