How to specify the position of CollapsingToolbar (or Appbar) in android -


i have image wich has parallax effect using coordinatorlayout , collapsingtoolbar in application.

i want know if possible define position of collapsingtoolbar (or appbar) show half image, user able scroll down , see whole image.

explaining better, if have image of height 400dp , there way tell collapsing toolbar programatically scroll 200dp height, , user able scroll down , see full image. (like profile in whatsapp).
