protobuf-net: Encoding for DateTime -


i'm using python protobuf library read message sent .net application use protobuf-net. .net app sends datetime. datetime encoding not seems trivial , don't know how parse it. know formatting of datetime in protobuf-net library?

if doing on again, have done simpler - might still add option make simpler! but:

bcl.proto

basically, chooses correct scale guarantee value. need multiplication of .value based on .scale.
