olap - How to create Star Schema Benchmark (SSB) in SQL Server -


i've tried create star schema benchmark (ssb) in sql server data. downloaded hammerdb , dbgen.exe create it. these tools creating tpc-h benchmarks.

i created ssb schema in sql server manually. how can populate these tables dbgen.exe? , how generate olap queries qgen.exe?

the can not open include file 'vcruntime.h' error. link shows how compile star schema benchmark visual c++.
