image processing - Lesion load calculation using matlab -


i have multi-sequence (t1-weighted, t2-weighted) magnetic resonance images multiple sclerosis (ms) lesion annotated (label) images. prior segmentation know how can calculate lesion load using of sequence matlab or if there available tool purpose. gladly appreciate or guide.

the total lesion load (tll) estimated segmentation of lesion in case given separate labeled mask (label or annotation provided separately) have unlabeled multi-sequence image (let's t1-weighted) label image. however, know percentage of lesion in unlabeled image using label (annotation) reference.
