pycharm - Cannot run huge Python program -


i trying run python program using pycharm ide unable without stumbling "your system has run out of application memory". after research came across suggestion of using microsoft azure ml. can point me helpful links can me started or other suggestions @ all?

edit: working data has 400,000 samples , ~5000 samples , want use chi2 feature selection unable run program.

you can use: pypy run program less memory usage , more speed. see pypy site
