Interrupted windows 2008 server R2 install -


i interrupted install of windows 2008 server on fast machine taking long intentional of using alternative boot media usb flash drive using. (it kept showing me message saying preparing computer first time use 2 hrs). therefore removed usb drive , surprisingly came message asking either start in safe mode or normal start. choose normal start , booted fine. should have confidence in using production server or should go clean install ?

as "production server"? shouldn't asking, don't take risks @ , redo it, doesn't take long.
