Selecting top 75% tuples in extended relational algebra -

i'm trying "list names of top 75% of employees in terms of total revenues of orders processed.".

i've made table revenue , names , sorted revenue. how select amount of tuples? count how many there are, it's not use result directly filter out amount of tuples.

how in extended relational algebra?
