How subscribers can receive data from Microsoft Azure -


i studying use case microsoft azure in mind, not sure can achieve ms azure or should use other technology/platform. here short description of case, hope body can point me easier technology or solution in case , start it. 0 n number of users can insert data 0 n number of pcs/devices ms azure anywhere in world. there might 0 n number of corresponding clients anywhere in world consume data. when ever user 1 inserts data should push consumer 1 (if consumer 1 connected azure). enter image description here
