malware Js code removal from wordpress -


i keep getting malware code in wordpress , if clean install of wordpress few hours later again :/ cant remove it... keep finding code below in many of mine .js files ... 1 give me advice on how clean ? tks

i installed wordfence sucuri ativirus , bulletproof still getting problem

if have removed wordpress , reinstalled fresh copy including plugins, issue on server. site hosted other sites? 1 of issue. did change hosting account , ftp passwords or ftp? did review access logs , unusual post activity?
