php - Accessing Azure Server - Request timed out -


i started azure server , have been trying access while , having hard time doing so.

i installed zpanel on 12.04 azure ubuntu server (like cpanel: apache, mysql, php, etc) , made sure apache working , pointed domain server ip , gave zpanel's installer config.

i tried accessing server through direct ip, through domain , pinging it. keep getting request timed out.

i'm using "resource manager" in azure , can't find way allow port 80, i'm assuming it's enabled already, that's reason can think of not being able access server. ideas?

try add specifical port on azure old portal or new portal, please see pictures below.
