Eclipse windows will not dock on Ubuntu -


i'm running eclipse mars on ubuntu 12.04 lts , seems impossible dock windows in ide.

normally, when drag tab border of editor pane, dock within pane. makes easy work on several files @ once. start drag tab, creates detached window. window has no menu or toolbar , can find no way re-attach main editor.

can suggest way make eclipse windows behave normally?

seems kind of transient display problem. closing eclipse , rebooting fixed it. guess should have tried first :s
