swift - iOs7 onwards is it possible to develop iphone app with basic network management -


this 1st iphone app i'm trying develop using swift.

i want monitor devices connected home router , see how bandwidth each devices connected using.

my 1st question - since ios7 onwards apple allow use mac address of device there other way achieve achieve above requirement.

my 2nd question - there api or open-source library can used , apple not reject app if submitted.
