root - cant access html files in wwwroot in visual studio 2015 -


after ms update rc1, created brand new c# mvc empty project in vs 2015 , placed index.html wwwroot directory.

howvever, cannot seem access file in debug mode. can access "api" directory have api controller files in root directory.

the .bowerrc file has default of: "directory": "wwwroot/lib"

any idea?
